The discount holds only if you complete one full session with us. If you move out before your session ends, the discounted amount is deducted from your security deposit — you'll receive your deposit back minus the discount already given.

Three houses in Mayur Vihar Phase 3 — Ojas for boys, Anaya and Udaan for girls — for anyone studying or working across Delhi and Noida. A bed, three cooked meals, and everything around them, for one monthly figure.
There's one person to talk to about all of it, and she's usually in the house. Say something needs fixing and it gets fixed. Ask for a different room and you'll have an answer the same day.
Which is why the exceptions here are real ones — you can move to another house, have your mother stay the week, or call at two in the morning.

In 2017, Rakhi Singhal opened her doors with a simple but powerful idea: to offer a sanctuary for those starting a new chapter in Delhi. Drawing from her own experiences as a mother, she pours her heart into every aspect of Apsara House.

So these are the places we make room, gladly — subject to the space being free, and to asking first.
Not settling in at one house? Prefer a different room, a different set of housemates, a shorter walk to the metro? If a seat is vacant in another Apsara House, you move. Just ask — there's no fresh deposit and no penalty for changing your mind.
If there's a vacant bed and you'd like a friend to stay, that's fine — as long as they're the same gender as the house. Message Aunty beforehand so she knows who's in the house and can keep a bed ready.
Parents coming to Delhi to see you? If we have the space, they can stay right here rather than at a hotel. Call a few days ahead so we can confirm availability and get the room ready for them.
Feeling unwell, need a doctor, locked out, something's gone wrong at two in the morning — WhatsApp Rakhi Aunty directly. No form, no waiting for office hours.
And if it's genuinely urgent, she'll drop you herself — anywhere within a couple of kilometres, at whatever hour it is.
A lady cook comes to each house every day and makes all three meals in the kitchen, fresh. Nothing is ordered in. Nothing turns up in a tiffin from a caterer three colonies away. And the menu isn't handed down to you — you get a say in it.
Everyone sits down with the cook and works out what the week looks like. If four people want chole bhature on Sunday, that's usually what happens on Sunday.
Everything is made in the kitchen you can walk into. You can smell what's cooking before you can see it, which is the whole point.
Dal, sabzi, roti, rice — those aren't optional, and nobody lives on paratha and Maggi here. You're away from home, not away from being looked after. The rule is simple: eat what you love, but eat properly too.
One proper meal a week that she makes herself and has never handed over to anyone. Nobody asks for it and nobody knows which one is coming — you find out from the smell.

That's the part a photograph can't carry. Everyone here looks after each other, and Aunty keeps an eye on all of them. Nobody eats dinner alone unless they want to, and nobody spends a festival by themselves just because home is a train ride away.
Diyas along the balcony, rangoli at the door, and mithai for everyone. Anyone who can't travel home doesn't spend it alone.
Colours, gujiya and a very messy afternoon. Then everyone helps clean up, which is the real tradition.
A bonfire, music, and dancing that runs well past midnight. Food either ordered in or made by Aunty. Whoever's around and wants to join, joins.
It's her birthday and she throws the party — for everyone. Nobody plans it, nobody chips in. You just turn up.
All three houses meet up in one of them — a different house each year — so everybody finally puts faces to names.
You're an adult and you'll be treated like one — there's no lock-in time and no register to sign. What we ask instead is that everyone uses good sense. A house full of young people stays safe because of habits, not locks. Please read these before you visit.
Rooms are double or triple sharing. The exact figure depends on the house, the room and how many of you are in it — Rakhi Aunty will tell you the number on the call. No packages, no hidden charges, no brokerage.
The only extra: if you choose an AC room, that AC's electricity is metered and billed separately. Nothing else is ever added on.
